I'm afraid I'll have to keep this in my Scraps because it has screen shots of the programs that I used.... But DA has this thing where if you upload something directly to Scraps, then you can never submit it to a group. But if you upload to your gallery and then move it to Scraps, you can still submit it to groups...

Anyways.... I stink at keeping trade secrets. :XD:

This is the method I use when I claim to be converting ripped 3D character data into sewing patterns for cosplay. This is very difficult not only because it is simply time consuming, but also because it requires proficient knowledge of traditional pattern design. Even in a traditional sense, gloves are pretty advanced imo, so this was quite ambitious of me to use a glove for this demonstration. But I don't waste time on projects that I don't want to keep when they're finished... You can download Ansem's Glove Pattern here, if you wish.

And alas, it is true that I still have not made my old Judo (really Jujutsu) uniform into a pattern yet. Gotta do that ASAP.... Uniforms that don't fit properly can cause injury on their own in such sports. The keikogi that I've been using doesn't have a wide enough shoulder span, which is no good if you're still trying to heal a dislocated shoulder. :|

I also am using this this method----combined with some freehand modifications----to create a Neoshadow hat that will actually look like a Neoshadow! :iconheartlesslaplz:

Ah, yes, "11/01/11"----That actually is the day I made this. I've been hoarding it hoping that I would eventually polish it up.

Oh, it`s cool, indeed, but... I`m so stupid even for seemingly this simple thing! :(
