Don't panic! I've made it easy to print out the frame as plain white so you can save printer ink and paint the finished frame yourself. One need only print the 9 pages for the largest size, or 4 pages for the middle size, or only 1 for the smallest size, that comprise the actual picture of the Captain with their texture applied. *EDIT* Just added ink-efficient texture alternatives for the "canvas" so that you can hand paint over a line version of the Captain as well, even in color if you wish! After all, according to this site, the original screen-used painting was actually a photo of the actor which was painted over, anyway.
This is something I've pondered making for a while. (Got the idea from my old Xehanort Portrait papercraft.) Decided that since the Halloween papercraft I was planning on fell through, this was simple enough that I could still pull it off in time for people to enjoy it this year. It still took me almost 20 hours to do.....since last night. ...I'm slow because Icomplicate simple things don't cheat on details. Even the back of this painting is screen-accurate, but that actually makes the papercraft stronger.
I love this movie AND the 60's TV spinoff! .......... HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!

Bravo! Any chance of an Edward Mulhare one too?
