Each crane is folded out of a piece of foil origami paper about the size of a US postage stamp. I HAVE to use foil paper because regular paper doesn't hold up as well at this scale; Foil paper is thinner, creases sharper, and doesn't shred as bad. In this bottle, dunno how many there were when I took this pic, but now there are about 230 - 250. I'm going for 1000! Naturally. :D

In 3rd grade I didn't know how to make cranes so I made 1000 bunnies!

Now I know cranes are easier than bunnies....

This picture is a few years old. I fold at my leisure, taking a matchbox full of the papers with me wherever I go in case I have a few minutes to kill. 1000 probably won't be for a whilemore still, but I can wait. :)
