Project Folly - Pendulum Wings prototype

Been trying to cross the sticky threshold and finish my first "Project Folly" (steampunk short-film) / 100% original / kinetic papercraft design. So, I came up with about six different gear configurations for this and built a rough test of the configuration I was least certain would work.....out of cardboard from a DOG BISCUIT BOX. When it DID work, I threw freehanded flat versions of the wings and pendulum on there just for fun.
And indeed it was.

The original 'concept art' I drew months ago was animated as well. Now just as then, I figured my images had better be animated or nobody would believe I could actually make this idea work.

Steampunk subculture needs more WORKING gears. .....As always.

One can never have enough real gears in Steampunk....
