A funny thing happened this week.......

I finally beat "The Evil Within"...... and THE VERY NEXT DAY, the mother of my bro's friend, who works at a church, gave him and I two huge flower arrangements----one full of sunflowers, which are emblematic throughout tEW----which had both been LEFTOVER FROM A FUNERAL! If we didn't accept, they'd have been thrown out, and flowers are just too nice to let that happen to! Now I know people in real life who are superstitious and would probably let ANYTHING of the sort get WAY under their skin, however fortunately? I have a really, really warped sense of humor.... Beat a Horror game thematically bedazzled with sunflowers, next day in real life Providence sends me sunflowers out of the blue..... lol! Bring it on.

To make the matter worse, yeah, back while playing the game I had identified Laura as one of the precious few, ultra-rare characters that I actually look like, and could feasibly cosplay WELL with almost NO effort at all, IF I wanted to. Wouldn't even need a wig!


On a serious note, though, I don't know who's memorial service these flowers were a part of, but I'm praying for them and their obviously grieving family. I've had major losses in my own family (my childhood dog and my grandma, among others ) quite recently, too..... AND in quick succession of each other, all last year.....
